Andrey Bolokhovskiy is the Founder and CEO of Provision Group, a vertically integrated real estate development and construction company focused on essential, attainable housing in the Pacific Northwest. He leads the company's vision, capital strategy, and acquisitions, with a focus on efficient design and disciplined execution. Grounded in his faith, Andrey founded and oversees an orphanage in Bangladesh that is home to 34 children. He also serves on multiple boards within his community, reflecting his commitment to philanthropy and purpose-driven impact.

Daniel Sabo serves as President & Integrator of Provision Group. His career spans real estate development, executive consulting, hospitality management, non-profit leadership, academia, and military service, all of which shape his grounded, systems-driven approach to leadership. Daniel holds a Master's degree in Leadership Studies and also serves as an adjunct college instructor. He and his wife are celebrating 25 years of marriage this year, and together they are raising six adult children in the Pacific Northwest.

Nicolette Antonov serves as the Office Administrator, ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly. Outside of work, she enjoys all things nutrition related, growing her knowledge in gut health and whole foods.

As Project Manager Radik ensures that buildings are on time, operating with efficiency without compromising on finish quality. His goal is to create aesthetically pleasing homes that are comfortable, functional, and allow people to enjoy where they live.

Designer and Construction Leader with over 10 years of experience delivering high-impact real estate and capital projects for Fortune 100 clients and public agencies. Scott specializes in managing full project lifecycles, optimizing multi-million dollar budgets, and leading diverse cross-functional teams. He holds a Master of Architecture from Washington State University and is recognized for his ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments across commercial, civic, and global portfolios.

A jack of all trades, Ivan oversees developments and works as a maintenance technician ensuring that rental properties and new builds are looking their best.

As a drafter, Danyiil Iashnik develops construction drawings, creates layouts, and contributes to the design and permitting of residential projects.

As the Executive Assistant, Diana works closely with Andrey to manage scheduling, coordinate projects, and handle day-to-day logistics related to leadership operations. In her free time, Diana enjoys gardening, going for runs, spending time outdoors, and connecting with family and friends.

Starting out as a flooring installer over 20 years ago and moving into architectural design, Jason has spent the last 10 years building residential and commercial projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. He brings an eye for detail and quality to help further the vision of the company.

As the Director of Communications, Josiah Wombacher is in charge of creative, marketing, and public relations strategies. His day to day varies wildly (which is, in his opinion, the best part) and can take him from job sites to the podcast studio. Previously Josiah worked in the film industry as the Fabricator and Carpenter for the internet's longest running daily variety show Good Mythical Morning. There he worked on over 500 episodes creating sets and props of all shapes, sizes, and scales. Originally from Tacoma Washington, Josiah recently moved back to the PNW to be a part of the core team for a church plant in North East Portland.
