What We Do
We are a middle housing development company that specializes in end-to-end in-house development, with in-house design and general contracting teams. With 10 years of experience, we have developed housing across the Portland–Vancouver metro area — over 500 units across 100 projects. We build compact lot housing and light industrial business buildings.
